CovaCard

CovaCard is a personal health wallet, allowing easy access to your medical records whenever you need them. Keep images of vaccination records, clinical test results, and other medical records securely on the app, and access them easily at any time. CovaCard allows users to take photos of clinical documents and upload them to the app. This app is not associated with any clinical or government agency and is intended for personal use.

Subscription

You can subscribe to Covacard for a term of one month or one year. New subscribers can choose a one-week trial subscription at no cost. The monthly term costs US$1.99 for self and US$19.99 for the year as “Self subscription” (Single person) We are also offering a subscription for family costs with up to 10 persons for just US$2.99 for the month and US$29.99 for the year. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Renewal prices are US$1.99 per month or US$19.99 per year for “Self subscription” (Single person) We are also offering a subscription for family costs with up to 10 persons for just US$2.99 for the month and US$29.99 for the year. The subscriber's iTunes Account will be charged for renewal in the last 24 hours of the current period. Purchasers can manage their subscriptions and turn off automatic renewal in their Account Settings.

Subscriptions may be stopped by turning off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A subscription cannot be canceled in the middle of its term.
