TWO CPR MODES
Choose Hands-Only compressions or 30:2 with breaths. The 30:2 mode is for trained rescuers and alternates compression and ventilation phases with distinct colors and audio prompts.

RHYTHM AND TIMING
A metronome scheduled at 110 beats per minute, audio and haptic feedback, a large timer and a two-minute progress ring. Voice prompts support starting, continuing compressions and switching rescuers. See interruption time while paused, then view or share a handover summary after ending. Beat counts are scheduled beats, not measured compressions or compression quality. The summary is not a medical record and is kept only in the current app session.

66 EMERGENCY REGIONS, CONFIRMED BY YOU
Local emergency numbers for 66 supported countries and regions, including 31 European countries and 10 newly added Spanish-speaking Latin American countries. Confirm your location before use: display language never selects the number. For an unlisted region, no number is shown or spoken; call local emergency services using a nearby phone. Timing and metronome guidance remain available. The system time-zone reminder never changes your number automatically or requests location permission.

31 INTERFACE LANGUAGES
Includes the main languages of this European expansion, with Dynamic Type and VoiceOver. Unsupported interface languages fall back to English. Voice prompts use the selected language when its system voice is available; otherwise both spoken wording and voice switch to English. Screen language and the confirmed emergency number stay unchanged.

LOCK SCREEN AND QUICK START
Live Activities show elapsed time, mode and running or paused state, with pause and resume controls. Start using Siri, Shortcuts, or Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets. Control Center controls require iOS 18 or later. Voice prompts and metronome audio can continue in the background. Calls and system audio interruptions may temporarily stop sound while timing continues.

APPLE WATCH
Start independently or follow a paired iPhone session. Without phone-authorized regional settings, the watch asks for brief consent before its first independent start and provides number-free guidance. Synchronization and automatic foreground launch depend on connectivity, device state and system settings. Background sound and haptics are subject to watchOS runtime limits.

PRIVACY AND PURCHASE
Core guidance works without internet or an account. No personal information is uploaded to developer-operated servers. Settings and technical synchronization records stay on your devices; paired use exchanges session state between your phone and watch. Sharing a summary is your choice. One-time purchase, with no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

For adults who are unresponsive and not breathing normally. No child or infant CPR guidance. Make sure the scene is safe, contact local emergency services immediately, and follow the dispatcher and AED instructions.
