CALORIE TO PROTEIN RATIO (CPR)
This app centers around tracking your calorie to protein ratio, with 10:1 calories:protein being the "optimal" ratio.
All of your logged foods each day, aggregate and individual, will be scored this way so that you can see if you have adequate protein density in your diet.
Doing this will allow you to eat less while feeling satiated and full as well as consuming less calories overall.
DIAAS PROTEIN QUALITY SCORES
Not all protein is equal. Get science-backed protein quality scores (DIAAS) for every food you log—a first for any consumer nutrition app.
Think of protein like building materials for muscle. If you don't have all the materials, you can't make muscle.
