1. Define your creeds
Write a principle in your own words — "Never decide while angry", "Pay my future self first" — and break it into observable behavior standards. If you can't see it happen, it isn't a standard.

2. Check in every day
Rate how you actually lived each creed today, from Poor to Perfect. Add a note, or log the one concrete thing you did or broke. Thirty seconds is enough.

3. Review and see the pattern
Your scores turn into trends, streaks and category performance. You stop guessing about yourself and start reading yourself.
