Crewcase: Group Packing List

Crewcase is the shared packing list for trips with other people. Every item belongs to one person or to everyone: a toothbrush everyone packs themselves, a tent one person brings for all. Pack on your own for several people, children without a phone included, or pack together with the whole crew.

Private stays private: one tap on the lock and an item is visible to you alone. Being invited and packing along cost nothing. Up to 3 people per trip and 1 active trip are free. No ads, no sign-up.

EACH THEIR OWN, ONE FOR ALL
Crewcase keeps a separate tick per person for personal items, and a single tick for the whole crew on shared ones. Everyone sees who packed what and who is bringing what. That is why three bottles of sunscreen never end up in the boot.

ON YOUR OWN FOR SEVERAL, OR TOGETHER WITH ALL
You add fellow travellers yourself, for example children, grandparents or anyone without a phone. They appear in the list like everyone else, and you tick their things off for them. That way you pack for the whole family on one device, without anyone else needing the app.
Anyone with an iPhone joins by link, code or QR, without an account. From then on everyone ticks off their own things and the crew sees the progress live. Both ways mix freely: two adults with their own app, the children added by you.

PRIVATE ITEMS
Presents, medication, surprises: private items show up for nobody else. The crew does not even know they exist.

TEMPLATES THAT DO THE MATHS
16 templates for city breaks, beach, camping, festivals, skiing, road trips, weddings, cruises and more. Plus 12 add-on modules: with a baby, with a child, cold weather, rain, self-catering kitchen, car safety kit, with a dog, sport, long-term medication, sun and heat, abroad, flying. Quantities scale with the trip: 7 days with 5 people is not 2 days for two.

TRIP KITTY
Log expenses, split shares, see balances. You always know who paid for what and who still owes whom.

WEATHER, CHAT AND DOCUMENTS
Crewcase shows the forecast for your travel days and suggests items from it. Every trip has its own chat and an activity feed of who packed or took on what. Tickets, bookings and IDs live with the trip instead of in five chat threads, up to 20 files and 100 MB per trip.

PACK MODE AND REMINDER
Pack mode walks you through the list station by station, and Crewcase reminds you on the morning you leave.

EVERYWHERE, EVEN OFFLINE
iPhone and iPad with the same list. Packing works offline and the ticks wait until you are back online.
