NEW: WELLBEING (SLEEP LOG AND COSMIC RADIATION)
• Sleep Log: keep a record of your nights next to your roster. If you allow it, the app reads sleep and workouts from the Health app (Apple Watch, Garmin, Samsung); you can also log them by hand
• Mark what disturbed the night and see how much you slept in the 24h and 48h before report time
• Cosmic Radiation: a dose estimate per flight, month and year, from your roster and public NOAA space weather data
• Health app access is optional and read-only: CrewSync never writes to it, and your sleep stays on your iPhone
• Informational only: not a medical device, no diagnosis, and it does not determine fitness to fly

CREW CHAT AND CREW TALK
• Flight chat: the group for your own crew, open 24h before departure. Only crew rostered on that flight get in, and messages disappear afterwards
• Crew Talk: the crew community by city and topic. Hotels, restaurants, transport and classifieds
• Real moderation: filter on send, reporting, blocking and human review

SIRI AND CARPLAY
