Description by Di Nerd Apps LLC(from the App Store)
The Hartford Line commute, reimagined. CT Train gives you everything the official app doesn't — live train positions on a real map, real-time delay predictions, and a countdown to your next departure.
LIVE TRAIN MAP See every Hartford Line train moving in real-time on an interactive map. Tap any train to see its speed, delay status, and how crowded it is. Switch to list view with one tap.
SMART DEPARTURE BOARD Pick your station and instantly see upcoming departures with live delay badges, occupancy indicators, and a countdown timer that ticks down to the second. Pull to refresh anytime.
AI-POWERED ASSISTANT Ask questions in plain English — "When's the last train to New Haven?" — and get instant answers powered by on-device AI. No cloud, no data collection, completely private.
REAL-TIME ALERTS Service disruptions appear instantly as banners across the app. AI summarizes verbose transit alerts into plain English so you know what's happening at a glance.
WORKS OFFLINE Full train schedule cached on your device. No signal in the tunnel? No problem — you still see every departure time.
LIVE ACTIVITIES & DYNAMIC ISLAND Track your train right from your lock screen and Dynamic Island. See a live countdown without ever opening the app.
HOMESCREEN WIDGETS Small widget shows your next departure. Medium widget shows the next 3 trains with delay status. Automatically surfaces at your usual commute time.
