Built by a tour director with 20+ years of experience on 3 continents, Curb Check for TDs is the app we always needed but never had.
Every morning, tour directors face the same challenge — standing at the curb counting bags onto the bus, hoping nothing gets left behind. Curb Check for TDs makes that process fast, reliable, and even a little satisfying.
SIMPLE AND FAST Tap each bag number as it loads. Watch it move from pending to checked. Know instantly when you're done.
COLOR-CODED COLUMNS Bags are organized into four color-coded groups matching your physical luggage tags — Red (1-15), Blue (16-30), Green (31-45), Yellow (46-60).
TRACK EVERY SESSION The app automatically records start time, finish time, total duration, and GPS location for every loading session. Review your history anytime.
RATE YOUR BELL SERVICE After each session, rate the bell service at your location and add notes. Finally, a record of which hotels deliver and which ones don't.
BUILT FOR THE CURB Large buttons. Strong colors. Works in bright sunlight. Designed for the real conditions tour directors work in every day — not a boardroom.
WORKS OFFLINE No internet required. Ever. All data stays on your device.
MULTIPLE TRIPS Set up as many trips as you need, each with their own luggage numbers. Switch between them instantly.
Whether you're loading bags outside a Roman hotel at 6am or marshaling luggage at a busy airport, Curb Check for TDs has your back.
From one TD to all of us — may your bags always be accounted for.
