Current - Meetup made easy

What's happening tonight? This weekend? Right now?

Current is the only app you need to discover what's going on around you and get your friends
together to do it. No more group chat chaos. No more Googling "things to do." Just open
Current and go.

DISCOVER EVERYTHING HAPPENING AROUND YOU

Current brings together every event, venue, and experience in your city, all in one place.
Browse concerts, happy hours, pop-ups, festivals, open mics, game nights, and more. Follow
your favorite bars, restaurants, and event companies to get updates the moment they post
something new. Explore curated guides from local tastemakers who know the best spots before
everyone else does.

Whether you're planning ahead or looking for something right now, Current has you covered.

PLAN WITH FRIENDS WITHOUT THE MESS

Group chats are where plans go to die. Forty-seven messages, no decision, and someone still
doesn't know what time to show up.

Current fixes this. Create an event, invite your people, and get clear RSVPs; going, maybe,
or not going. Everyone sees the details. Everyone knows the plan. No ambiguity, no chaos.

Organize your contacts into Circles: your college friends, your work crew, your weekend
warriors. So the right people are always one tap away.

WAVE INVITATIONS - SMART INVITES FOR LIMITED SPOTS

Got 5 tickets to the game? A dinner reservation for 8? Wave invitations are built for exactly
this.

Set your capacity, arrange your invite list by priority, and let Current handle the rest.
Invitations go out in waves, if someone in the first group doesn't respond in time, the next
person in line gets the invite automatically. No awkward "sorry, someone else already took
your spot" texts. No manual tracking. Just set it and forget it.

FOLLOW THE PLACES AND PEOPLE YOU LOVE

Subscribe to venues and businesses to see their events, specials, and announcements right in
your feed. Follow local curators and influencers who spotlight the best things happening
around town. Your feed is shaped by what you actually care about, not an algorithm guessing
what you might click on.

BUILT FOR YOUR CITY

Current isn't a massive directory pulling data from everywhere with no real insight. It's
built to feel like your city's go-to source, like having a friend who knows everyone and
everything happening. Dense, curated, and local. The kind of app that makes you excited about
where you live.
