Curve: Pet Diabetes Tracker

Curve is a private health journal for pets living with diabetes and other chronic conditions. Use it for dogs, cats, and other companion animals to record blood glucose, insulin, meals, weight, symptoms, medications, and the details your veterinarian needs.

Curve began with feline diabetes care, but its core logging, trend, curve, reminder, and reporting tools are flexible enough for other pets. If you have been managing care with paper notes or a shared spreadsheet, Curve gives you one private timeline instead.

— DIABETES LOG & GLUCOSE CURVES —
• Pre-shot and random blood glucose, in mg/dL or mmol/L
• Insulin doses with full dose-change history and reasons
• Curve sessions: 12 hours, readings every 2 hours, with smart reminders
• Meals, treats, water, vomits, energy and appetite shifts
• Weight trend with vs-previous-period deltas

— SEE PATTERNS OVER TIME —
• Clear glucose and weight charts built from the log you already keep
• Adherence, pre-shot averages, nadir, peak, mean, and curve duration
• Compare two glucose curves in one overlaid chart with Curve Pro

— SHARE WITH YOUR VET —
• Generate a clean one-page PDF for any date range
• Includes pre-shot average, in-range percentage, adherence, and curve summaries
• Lists every dose change with reason — exactly what your vet needs

— CHRONIC CARE BEYOND DIABETES —
• Organize CKD labs, osteoarthritis injections, pancreatitis medications, and custom care-plan items
• Track creatinine, SDMA, phosphorus, UPC, blood pressure, symptoms, and recurring treatment notes
• Feline CKD context includes IRIS staging fields; always confirm clinical interpretation with your veterinarian

— BUILT-IN SAFETY RAILS —
This app is not a dosing tool. It does not tell you what to inject, when to inject, or whether to inject. It does not diagnose. It does not fire hypoglycemia alarms. The pet in your care is your vet's patient — Curve is the journal you bring to the appointment.

— FREE FOREVER —
Logging blood glucose, insulin, meals, reminders, and safety-critical events is and will always be free. The free plan covers one pet profile, the latest 14 days of history and trends, the latest curve, food logging with the bundled feline food catalog, and one complimentary full-range vet report.

— CURVE PRO —
• Unlimited vet-ready PDFs with custom date ranges
• Curve history and side-by-side curve comparison
• Unlimited pet profiles · multi-condition tracking
• Full trends and event history beyond 14 days
• Family Sharing for Curve Pro purchases

— PRIVACY —
Your pet's data lives on your device and, whenever you are signed in to iCloud, syncs through your private Apple account — Curve never sees it. You can disable Curve in iOS iCloud settings. No analytics. No third-party trackers. No accounts.
