DAILY STEPS CHALLENGE is an app that brings gaming elements to mild exercise.

Researchers say that walking is the best way to keep healthy. The app encourages to take a little bit more steps during the day. You can choose the level of challenges to complete. Your daily achievements will gain you points and increase your level. To complete the whole challenge your goal is to reach level 30 and complete three special achievements.

Using the App requires access to Apple Health app and you must have enabled Apple Health app to track your steps data.

Consult a doctor about taking on the challenges from the app. Excessive walking can cause injury. Do not exercise too much. Do everything within your own limits.
