DailyTen: Steps that stick

START where you are and build to 10K steps a day.

DailyTen locks the apps you choose, like Instagram and TikTok, until you hit your daily steps. The goal is to build up to a daily 10k steps. Hit your goal and it unlocks your daily app time budget. The apps re-lock in the evening.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that pull you in.
• A customized plan gives you a starting step goal, building up to 10k (or you can choose your own)
• Your apps lock each evening and stay locked until you walk the next day.
• Steps count automatically through Apple Health.
• Upon reaching your walking goal, the apps unlock. They can be used for your daily app time budget, then lock for the rest of the day.

WHY 10K STEPS
• Walking burns calories without turning up your appetite.
• 10k steps is the sweet spot for getting lean and staying there.
• Steadier energy, less afternoon crash.
• Look and feel different in 8 weeks.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
• A daily streak, plus Rest Days you earn to protect it through travel and sick days.
• Emergency unlock is always available.
• Only the apps you pick ever lock. Calls, texts, and maps work normally.
