Program flow

We start with our clients and the challenges they face. Their lives and businesses are shaped every day by shifts in food, energy, housing, climate and security. We cannot predict the future, but we can avoid being surprised by it. Our role is to understand where clients are exposed and continue to stand beside them as a stable partner in an unstable world.

In “Look Up” sessions and hands-on workshops, we focus on real challenges. We simplify where possible, remove what blocks progress, and explore where Rabobank can lead. We learn from internal successes, proven ways of working, and stories that show what is possible when we take initiative.

On Day Two, reflection becomes action. Domains translate insights into practical steps. Teams set priorities, take ownership, and bring lessons back to their business so progress continues after these two days.
