1. Subscription Plans and Pricing

The Annual VIP subscription is priced at $69.99. Once purchased, the VIP membership is valid for a continuous period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
1.2 Quarterly VIP Plan
The Quarterly VIP subscription costs $29.99. The membership remains active for 3 months, starting from the moment of successful purchase.
1.3 Monthly VIP Plan
The Monthly VIP plan is available for $19.99. The VIP status is valid for 1 month following the purchase.
1.4 Weekly VIP Plan
The Weekly VIP subscription is priced at $9.99, providing users with a 7 - day VIP membership starting from the purchase time.
2. VIP Benefits
2.1 Unlimited Chatting
During the VIP membership period, users are entitled to unlimited chatting with other Daro users. There are no restrictions on the number of messages sent or received, allowing for seamless communication.
2.2 VIP Identity Badge
VIP members will be prominently displayed with a unique VIP identity badge on their profiles. This badge serves as a visible indication of their VIP status within the Daro community.
2.3 Unlimited Cover Photo Changes
Users with VIP status can change their profile cover photos an unlimited number of times. This enables them to customize and update their profile appearance as often as they like.
2.4 Unlimited Video Downloads
VIP members have the privilege to download videos from the Daro platform without any limitations on the number of downloads. They can save and access these videos at their convenience.
3. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions will be automatically renewed at the end of the respective subscription periods, unless the user cancels the renewal at least 24 hours before the current subscription expires. The renewal price will be the same as the original purchase price, subject to any changes in pricing policy communicated by Daro in advance.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users can cancel their VIP subscriptions at any time through the account settings section within the Daro app. In the case of prepaid subscriptions, no refunds will be provided for the remaining portion of the subscription period after cancellation. However, the VIP benefits will remain available until the end of the originally purchased subscription term.
5. Modification of Services and Terms
Daro reserves the right to modify the VIP subscription services, benefits, prices, and terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the users in advance, either through in - app notifications, email, or on the official Daro website. Users are deemed to have accepted the new terms if they continue to use the VIP services after the effective date of the changes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and features provided as part of the VIP subscription, including but not limited to the VIP identity badge, exclusive design elements, and any new features added to the VIP service, are the intellectual property of Daro. Users are granted a non - exclusive, limited license to use these services and features only within the scope of the VIP subscription agreement.
By subscribing to the VIP services on the Daro app, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this VIP Subscription Agreement.
