Daybook Counter is a credit ledger for shops and market traders. Record who took goods on credit, who has paid, and what is still owed, and see the whole book at a glance, even with no signal.

KNOW WHAT'S OUT ON CREDIT
Home shows what is out on credit, what has been collected and what is overdue, with your customers and today's activity underneath.

EVERY CUSTOMER, ONE PAGE
People lists every customer sorted by what they owe, with late payers marked. Each customer has a page with every entry and part-payment. Call them or send a reminder straight from your own phone.

RECORD CREDIT AND PAYMENTS IN SECONDS
Write down what was taken, the price, any deposit and when it is due. When a customer pays, enter the amount, cash or mobile money, and choose which entry it goes against or let it clear the oldest first. The new balance is worked out for you. Daybook Counter records payments; it never takes, holds or moves money.

WORKS WITHOUT A CONNECTION
Every entry is saved on the phone first and syncs to the rest of your shop when there is signal. If changes are still waiting to be sent, the app tells you.

BRING YOUR TEAM IN
Invite workers by email with a one-time join code, and choose exactly what each one can do: record new credit, accept payments, edit or cancel entries, or see shop totals. The book keeps track of who recorded each entry.

AN HONEST BOOK
Nothing is ever deleted. A mistaken entry is cancelled, not erased, along with who cancelled it and when, so a disagreement months later can still be settled from the record.

REPORTS AND EXPORT
See the whole book in one table, with totals for what was given, what has been paid and what is outstanding. Export it as a CSV spreadsheet to share or keep.

SAFE BY DESIGN
Sign in with your email address and a six-digit code, with no password to forget. The app locks behind your own four-digit PIN whenever you leave it, and your shop's book is visible only to people on your shop.
