Daydream Rail 3D

Build your own railway through real Japanese landscapes, ride the train, and turn the journey into a video with music and running sounds.

CREATE YOUR LINE
- Place stations first, then shape the curves between them.
- Use curved platforms, elevated or ground-level track, single or double track, and one to six cars.
- Save and duplicate routes, undo edits, and swap the start and end.
- Check nearby building overlaps and compare suggested detours.

RIDE THROUGH JAPAN
- Terrain and aerial imagery from the Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, plus Project PLATEAU 3D buildings.
- City-inspired samples covering Tokyo, Sapporo, Sendai, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka and Naha.
- Fictional scenic lines through the hills of Biei, the coast of Tateyama, Lake Suwa, Setouchi islands and an urban loop.
- Manual notching or automatic operation, with speed limits of 70, 100, 120 or 160 km/h.
- Day, dusk and night, with portrait and landscape layouts.

MAKE A FILM
- Five compositions: chase, cab, side window, trackside and aerial orbit.
- Landscape 16:9 or portrait 9:16, HD or Full HD, up to five minutes.
- Record an entire station-to-station journey.
- Three original background music tracks, plus speed-dependent motor and rail-joint sounds.
- Running sound levels follow the camera view and distance.
- Optional mini-map in any of four corners.
- App-name watermark and an optional App Store QR code.
- Wait for detailed scenery to load before exporting, then share or save the video.

BACKGROUND EXPORT
On iOS 26 or later, native video processing can continue in the background AFTER image and audio preparation finishes. Keep the app open during 3D preparation. If you switch apps during preparation, it resumes when you return. The operating system may interrupt background processing.

An internet connection is required to load terrain and buildings. Building detail depends on the region and available source data. Sample routes are fictional or inspired by real locations; they do not reproduce exact railway alignments, every station or underground infrastructure.
