Daymons

Daymons is a fasting companion – and much more than a timer. It times your fast, logs your meals, water, sleep and activity, turns them into a single daily score, and, if you want, an AI assistant answers your questions from your own data.

FASTING TIMER
• Intermittent (14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, 23:1) and longer fasts, or your own target
• Accurate offline: elapsed time is computed on your phone, not on a server
• Physiological stages (fat burning, ketosis, autophagy) and milestone notifications
• Choose whether a fast closes itself at the target or keeps running with a reminder every two hours

DAILY HEALTH SCORE
• One 0–100 number from five habits: fasting, meals, water, sleep, activity

• Meal log with calories and macros, a 180+ item food catalogue
• Barcode scanner: packaged products in one scan
• Manual entry: type calories per 100 g, the app works out the rest
• Water in two taps, sleep and workouts in seconds

HEALTH DATA (Apple Health)
• Optional connection to Apple Health – the app is complete without it
• Steps: in the daily log and the 14-day overview on the Statistics tab
• Workouts: added to the log automatically, no manual entry
• Sleep: logged automatically
• Average heart rate: in the daily summary and the statistics
• The app ONLY READS – it never writes back to Apple Health
• Steps and workouts feed the activity component of the daily score

AI FASTING ASSISTANT (Premium)
• Ask about your fast – the answer is written against your own log
• Photograph what you ate: calorie and macro estimate from the picture
• Weekly review: what went well, what to adjust

IMPORTANT
Daymons is not a medical device. Calorie, weight and score figures are informational estimates and do not constitute medical advice. Consult your doctor before a longer fast, a low calorie goal, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or have a history of eating disorders. Your health data is stored in your own account in the EU and is deleted with your account.

SUBSCRIPTION
The timer, the log, the score and groups are free. Daymons Premium unlocks the AI features, the full recipe library and the shopping list.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
