DaySense Tracker

DaySense is a private daily tracker for building a record around the parts of your day you actually want to review.

Choose a profile, shape your daily check-in, and log mood, energy, sleep, stress, medication, caffeine, journal notes, appointments, and optional context in one calm flow.

Every field is optional, so your record can stay focused.

Profiles help tailor the labels, context prompts, review boards, and resources around different kinds of day-to-day tracking:

The General profile includes broad mood and energy context, daily strain tags, reset tags, and general wellbeing resources.

The Bipolar profile includes mood, energy, sleep, rhythm context, activation tags, lower mood or pullback tags, and a rhythm review board.

The Anxiety profile includes mood and energy context, worry and stress tags, day-balance tags, and a pressure review board.

The ADHD profile includes mood and energy context, attention-load tags, task-friction tags, regulation context, and a focus review board.

The Autism profile includes mood and energy context, sensory-load tags, predictability and change tags, social-effort context, and autism-focused resources.

The Sleep Sensitive profile includes mood and energy context, sleep timing, sleep disruptor tags, routine stability, rest quality, and a sleep path review board.

Review what you saved over time with charts, metric cards, selected-day detail, profile-aware review boards, and target progress. DaySense reflects logged values and saved context without diagnosis, prediction, medical advice, or automated monitoring.

DaySense stores your record locally on your iPhone in the current build. No account is required. Export your record, import it on another device, or delete local data from Settings.

Premium includes longer review, Apple Health imports, external imports (from other tracking apps), extra trackers, extra profile contexts, Review Packs, and advanced record tools during an eligible introductory trial or active subscription. Free daily logging and recent review remain available.
