The DCC HACCP Manager Mobile app is designed to allow you to easily perform menu and checklist work activities with a smart device. The DCC HACCP Manager Mobile app is downloaded to a personal smart device, working in conjunction with the Cooper-Atkins Blue2 thermocouple instrument, Oil Tester and RTS Devices. Data that is collected is stored in the app, and then transferred to the Digital Cold Chain software.
