Dear me : Diary & Pen Pal

Dear me is a gentle diary for quietly writing down how you feel today — like a letter to your future self.
No account, no ads. Just soft serif type on warm paper, like resting a pen on a page.

■ A day later, a letter arrives
Write an entry, and the next day a reply comes from your pen pal.
Choose a friend — Sunny, Amity, Sol, or Wren — or create your own by naming them and shaping their character and tone.
Letters remember your earlier exchanges and carry them forward, and every one is written on your device alone.
You decide entry by entry whether to receive a reply, and you can turn the whole thing off anytime.
Letters require a device that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later).
Everything else — writing, photos, calendar, search, and lock — works on any supported iPhone or iPad.

■ Four ways to look back
· Index — browse calmly, day by day
· Cover — pull out one entry at a time, like turning a book cover
· Gallery — see everything at a glance on photo-topped cards
· Calendar — a whole month of feelings, in color

■ Keep the day with photos
· Add several, and choose the one that represents the day
· Set each photo large or small, above or below your words
· Tap to zoom in and linger

■ Mood, only when you feel like it
Happy · Calm · Grateful · Loved · Neutral · Tired · Sad · Angry
Pick one and it colors your calendar — or skip it entirely.

■ Find the day you're looking for
Search past entries by title, text, or mood.

■ Make it your own
· Five app themes and six paper backgrounds
· Serif, Rounded, and System type — or bring your own font (.ttf/.otf)

■ iPhone, iPad, and iCloud
A layout made for iPad's larger screen, so the same diary continues on any device.
Back everything up to a file and restore it whenever you like.

■ Entirely your own space
No account to create, no ads, no tracking. Your entries and photos live on your device and in your own private iCloud — no one, not even the developer, can read them.

Write down today's heart quietly, and meet it again someday.
Start your letter to yourself with Dear me.
