The Death Certificate App serves as a crucial tool for healthcare professionals, enabling them to register and manage death certificates efficiently and securely. As the application handles sensitive personal and medical information, it is imperative to ensure its functionality, security, usability, and performance meet the highest standards.
This system is designed to modernize and standardize the death registration process by transitioning from paper-based to digital formats. It aims to develop a secure database for storing patient and death certificate data, create user-friendly web and mobile applications for digitizing death certificate processes, and establish an integration strategy for transferring data to the Health Information Exchange Platform in line with HL7 Version 2.7 standards. The focus is on enhancing data accuracy, accessibility, and processing in line with current healthcare and technological standards
