DebtBlasters is not a free service. Legally, you will be retaining a law firm to prepare and file your bankruptcy case, and also to represent you afterwards during your case. The DebtBlasters app and website are a technology tool to help streamline the bankruptcy process, and make it quick and easy for you. The Law Firm’s pricing is shown on the “Common Questions” screen that shows right after download, before you sign up to be a customer.
Please note: your download or use of the DebtBlasters app or website does not, by itself, form an attorney-client relationship between you and the Law Firm or any of its lawyers. The attorney-client relationship between you and the Law Firm is created only when a retainer agreement is signed by you later on in the process, when the app is about halfway completed.
