Decision Journal: Logbook

Decision Journal helps you think clearly about everyday choices.

Log what you chose, why it made sense at the time, how confident you felt, and when to review it later. When the outcome is clearer, add a reflection so you can notice patterns in your judgment over time.

Use it for work, money, habits, relationships, parenting, career choices, health routines, and ordinary life decisions.

Decision Journal stores journal entries locally on your device and does not require an account. The More tab loads a public SHG app directory, and purchases are handled by Apple. There is no cloud sync or AI summary service.

Features:
- Log decision title, category, choice, rationale, confidence, and review date
- Review decisions when they come due
- Add outcomes and reflections later
- See simple local insights from your entries
- Keep a local-first decision history
- Browse a reviewed directory of other available SHG apps
- Create up to 10 new entries each device-local calendar month for free
- Continue reading and editing existing entries on Free
- Upgrade for unlimited new entries, tags and tag filters, additional on-device insight summaries, and JSON/CSV export

Premium is available as Monthly or Yearly access, with localized prices and terms shown in the app before purchase. Existing Lifetime purchases remain recognized and can be restored; Lifetime is not offered for purchase in this version. Manage or cancel recurring plans through your Apple account settings.

Decision Journal is not about perfect decisions. It is about remembering your thinking clearly enough to learn from it.
