And yet, despite all the available information in the world, literally on your finger tips, it’s often easy to get lost in the information overload, & the day-to-day of life.
The intention behind Depth Seekers App is to serve as a space for all those who want to go deep in their inner work journey - healing, understanding, exploring, evolving - despite the demands of their daily life. A space where they are guided in the most effective way to learn, understand, heal, grow, & transform.
Everything here is designed to be simple to follow, no matter how hectic your life is; provided, you choose to show up for You. Welcome Section videos further explain how to use the App - it’ll be beneficial to watch all the videos before choosing where to start.
While there are follow-along courses in the App, the USP of this app is the presence of a live Inner-Work Guide - someone who's traversed the inner-world landscape as a Coach, Therapy Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor & Spiritual Guide - to guide & support you in your journey through live sessions, workshops, QnA spaces & much more!
You can start with the Starter Plan to get a sense of the app and the guide. There are also 3 complimentary sessions in the Practice Grounds folder under Open Content.
The Practice Grounds membership gives you 2 new sessions each week to learn new practices and build a strong daily inner-work base.
