► Who will treat me at DERMAFY?
You will be treated exclusively by our competent dermatologists who are based in Germany. Our dermatologists all have many years of professional experience and are always up to date with the latest scientific developments thanks to continuous further training. In addition, they are all specialized and trained in treatment via image & text, i.e. telemedicine.

► What can I have treated with DERMAFY?
Our dermatologists with years of professional experience treat everything to do with your skin, hair, nails and sexually transmitted diseases. This includes, for example
- Birthmark screening: recognize dangerous birthmarks
- acne
- neurodermatitis
- rosacea
- Hand eczema
- Fungal infections (e.g. nail fungus, athlete's foot)
- hives
- psoriasis
- venereal diseases

► Can I also make the request for someone else?
Of course you can. You can specify in the app whether the diagnosis is made for you or another person.

► How much does treatment cost?
Treatment by our specialists costs a one-off fee of €24.90. All services are provided in accordance with the scale of fees for doctors (GoÄ) and are covered by private health insurance companies, including the cost of medication.

► What happens if no diagnosis can be made?
We can make a clear diagnosis in 95% of all cases. If we are unable to make a diagnosis despite suitable images and a completed questionnaire, we will of course reimburse the costs in full!

► How can I pay?
You can easily pay via Apple Pay, Paypal, SEPA direct debit or debit or credit card.

► Who is behind DERMAFY?
Behind DERMAFY is the founding team of Hautzentrum Dr. Pfeifer (rated 1,2 on the doctor portal Jameda, "very trustworthy"). These are the brothers Frederic and Sebastian - both dermatologists with a passion. They kept receiving photos from their circle of friends asking for an initial assessment of skin problems. This gave rise to the idea of a simple online dermatologist app.
