Description

This application is a pilot study for our research on using Mobile applications for Early Child Development Screening. The use of this application allows parents/caretaker to perform early child development screenings to record down the milestones achieved by the child via checkpoints which is in (3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months and 18 months)

App Features:
1. Create a new child profile for development screening.
2. Keep track of the child’s development on what the child needs to perform and what is delayed which is viewable in the profile.
3. Perform child development screening with given instructions with some items that include video and images.
4. Upload the child's result via email.

The use of this application will require your consent as a parent/caretaker to collect the screening results of your child. By using this application, you have agreed for us to collect the results of your child’s screening result which may include name, age and gender. Pilot study on using mobile app for Early Child Development Screening.
