カルテでは記録しにくい、シャント・フットケアの情報を簡単に記録・閲覧できるシステムをご提案します。

【穿刺位置を正確に記録】
タブレット内蔵のカメラを使うことで、穿刺位置を見たままの状態で記録できます。
撮った写真にその場でメモを加えることも可能です。

【フットケアに対応】
日々変化する患者様のフットケアや褥瘡状態の記録・共有をタッチ式のチェックシートで簡単に行うことができます。

【各種イベントの記録に対応】
SPPやエコーなど、治療に関係する情報を写真とメモで登録しておくことができ、ベットサイドで簡単に閲覧できます。

【電子スコアシート記録】
簡単操作でスコアシート記録できます。スコア記録はグラフ表示され、患者様の日々の変化を見落としません。

【基本機能】
・患者一覧画面
患者一覧と、選択された患者の基本情報が表示されます。
「透析記録」「フットケア」「イベント」をタップすると、患者データが読み込まれます。
デモモードでは、患者情報画面右上の「編集」をタップすると、基本情報編集画面が表示され、情報を編集できます。

・記録画面
透析治療の際に、穿刺位置の写真・動画・シャント音などの音声を記録しておけます。
撮影した写真には、A側・V側の穿刺位置の記録やスタンプ、手書きメモを付ける事ができます。
また、スコアシート／チェックシートの記録も行えます。

・履歴画面
過去の治療記録が参照できます。スコアシートのスコアはグラフ表示もされます。
画像の拡大表示や、画像の切り替えは、タップ・ピンチ・スワイプ操作で行えます。
過去の記録を削除するには、履歴一覧で削除したい履歴を左にスワイプして下さい。
写真をカメラロールに保存する場合には、ロングタップして下さい。

※デモモードではデータのバックアップは行われません。
※デモモードで作成したデータは、アプリのバージョンアップで失われる場合があります。
