DietHero - AI Calorie Camera

Stop counting calories by hand.
Snap a photo of your meal - calories, carbs, protein and fat are estimated automatically, and your AI coach tells you on the spot how the meal went. Logging your diet takes one tap.

[One photo logs the whole meal]
- AI recognizes the dish, ingredients, calories and macros; every value can be edited
- Can't take a photo? Search the built-in food library for instant reference values
- Save frequent meals to "My Foods" and log them again with one tap

[Your coach already planned the next meal]
- Recommendations tailored to today's remaining calories and macro gaps, down to the gram
- Hit your protein, keep carbs in check, with a one-line comment for every meal
- Not your taste? Tap "swap" for a fresh combination

[Carb cycling, scheduled for you]
- High-, low- and no-carb days rotate automatically; tap to adjust
- Targets are computed from your body data (BMR -> TDEE -> percentage deficit) and re-calculated daily as your weight changes
- The "How it's calculated" page shows every formula and its literature source

[Progress you can see]
- Weight curve and goal progress ring give feedback on every step
- Heatmap, streaks and milestone badges keep good habits alive

[Your diet records stay on your phone]
- No sign-up, no account, no ads. Diet records stay on-device; AI features send only the content needed for each request as explained in the Privacy Policy
- Export a full zip backup (photos included) and restore it on a new phone

You get 4 free AI photo recognitions per day. AI Coach uses a separate daily allowance: 10 uses for free users and 20 for subscribers, without consuming photo recognition. Subscribe to DietHero Plus for more AI photo recognitions per billing period (1 week / 1 month / 3 months, auto-renewing, cancel anytime in your App Store account settings). The app stays fully usable without a subscription - the local food library and rules engine take over estimates and advice.

Note: calorie and nutrition figures are estimates for reference only and are not medical advice. If you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have a metabolic condition, follow your doctor's guidance.
