- Sign in directly using the phone to scan-in and it will automatically put a notification on the doctor's screen that says you have arrived and is waiting for them. - Fill out forms directly on your app, before reaching the office in order to save time spent in the waiting room. - Create appointments or reschedule curent appointment within this app at anytime is convenient for you. - See your past, present and future appointments with all your paperwork, receipts, forms and signed forms. - Receive messages, reminders and follow-up through push-notifications. - View video exercises and other important videos and educational content from your doctor directly in your app. - Connect with your doctor for webinars or telemedicine at anytime, from anywhere.
Once you register with your chiropractic doctor by creating online appointment or by phone, you will receive an email containing the provided ID and a link to this app. After download, start the app, enter the provider ID when prompted and enjoy instant connectivity.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
