With the Digital Services app you can view, approve, submit and pay your turnover and payroll tax returns in a safe and simple way at any time. In addition, you can easily share documents with your accountant.

Simple login
To get access to your tax returns, you must link the app once to your client portal account. Log in to the client portal of your accountant in the regular way via your internet browser on the computer/laptop.
At the top right of the screen you can click on your name and choose Mobile link. Scan the displayed QR code with the app and indicate whether you want to log in with a pin code or fingerprint. After you have set this up, you can always easily log in using your fingerprint or your own PIN code.

As soon as a tax return has been prepared by your accountant for approval, you will receive a notification in the regular way. Then open the app, all tax returns to be approved at that time are shown in a clear overview. Even if you are responsible for several companies, you can see all tax returns to be approved here.

By opening a tax return you can see the most important data of the tax return in a summary. You also have the option to download the detailed tax information in PDF format.
As soon as you approve the return, it will be submitted to the tax authorities. You are also immediately able to pay the taks return via iDEAL and your banking app.

Share documents easily
The app also has an option to easily share documents and/or photos with your accountant. As soon as you have sent the files, your accountant will be informed and they can easily process the supplied files.
