Discussion is a free, ad-free app for alternative communication, built by a single developer, with a focus on real privacy. You can also play online games – with friends, against AI players, or together –, make group voice and video calls and more.
CHAT • 1:1 messages and group conversations with emoji reactions • Create a group and chat, call, video call or play games with the whole group at once • Send photos, videos, voice messages and files (attachments have a limited lifetime) • Polls in chats and under discussions – friends vote and everyone sees the result right away • Automatic conversation translation – every participant reads messages in their own language
CALLS AND VIDEO CALLS • Voice and video calls over the internet, free of charge • Group voice calls and group video calls right from a group chat • Incoming calls ring even when the phone is locked
