Disposable Life: Shared Camera

Disposable Life is the shared disposable camera app where everyone contributes to the same film roll.

Create one disposable camera roll and invite your friends with a join code. Give everyone a limited number of photos, just like passing around a real disposable camera. Whether you're at a music festival, vacation, wedding, road trip, camping weekend, concert, birthday, party, ski trip, beach day, or simply spending time together, everyone contributes to the same shared film roll.

The best part? You decide when everyone gets to see the photos!

Before your event begins, choose a reveal date. Set it for the morning after the festival, when everyone gets home from vacation, after your wedding, or whenever you want. Until then, nobody can see the photos. No spoilers. No scrolling through pictures while the event is still happening. No sending photos in group chats.

When the countdown reaches zero, everyone unlocks the complete disposable camera roll at exactly the same moment. Just like collecting a freshly developed disposable camera from the photo lab, everyone experiences the memories together for the very first time.

Inspired by disposable film cameras from the 1990s and early 2000s, every photo is automatically transformed with authentic film grain, warm vintage colors, nostalgic flash, subtle imperfections, retro film texture, and optional film date stamps. The result captures the feeling of real disposable film photography without needing a real film camera.

Disposable Life recreates the complete disposable camera experience—not just the look.

After every photo, you'll need to wind the film before taking the next shot, just like using a real disposable camera. Slowing down makes every frame feel valuable. Instead of taking hundreds of nearly identical photos, every click becomes intentional.

Once your roll is complete, it's sent to the darkroom. Your memories stay hidden until the reveal date arrives, building anticipation while everyone stays present instead of constantly checking photos. Waiting is part of the experience, making the final reveal even more rewarding.

Create private rolls just for yourself or shared rolls with friends. Choose exactly how many photos each person can take. Give everyone 5 photos, 10 photos, 15 photos, or recreate the classic disposable camera experience with 24 shots each. Once someone has used all of their photos, they're done until the roll is revealed.

See who captured every photo, react with likes, leave comments, and enjoy discovering moments you never knew happened.

Disposable Life is perfect for music festivals, concerts, vacations, road trips, camping, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties, birthdays, school trips, cabin weekends, family holidays, beach days, nights out, backpacking, and everyday memories.
