Distance Map - Area Measure

Distance Map measures distances and land areas right on the map. Tap two points and the straight-line distance appears instantly — in miles or kilometers, on satellite view, with no account and no setup.

Area works differently: calculating the size of a field, lot or plot needs at least three points, so unlimited points and every area result are part of Premium. Here is exactly what you get in each.

FREE
• Straight-line distance between 2 points
• Miles, kilometers and meters — the app opens in your country's units and remembers your choice
• Satellite and hybrid map views, so you can see the real edge you are tracing
• Drop a point at your current location
• Save your measurements, name them and reopen them any time
• Search any address or place and drop a pin right there
• Supported by ads

PREMIUM
• Unlimited measurement points — trace routes, fence lines and full property boundaries
• LAND AREA calculation from 3 or more points
• Area units: acres, hectares and dönüm (decare), alongside m² and km²
• Measure by walking — points drop automatically as you walk the edge of a field
• Auto-trace from satellite — tap inside a roof, pool or field and the outline is drawn for you
• Export as KML, GPX or CSV for Google Earth, GPS devices or a spreadsheet
• Share your measurement as an image
• Nautical miles
• No ads

HOW IT WORKS
1. Search for an address or move the map where you need it
2. Tap the map to drop a pin, then a second one — the distance is shown right away
3. Switch to satellite view to follow a real boundary instead of a road map
4. With Premium, keep adding points to close a shape and read its area

PERFECT FOR
• Point-to-point checks: how far one place is from another, free and without signing up
• Estimating a fence line, cable run or irrigation length
• Checking the size of a plot, lot or field before you buy (area needs Premium)
• Real estate: compare the listed acreage of a property with the map (Premium)
• Quick acreage and hectare surveys of gardens, roofs, paddocks and farms (Premium)
• Planning running, walking, cycling or sailing routes with several points (Premium)

ABOUT PREMIUM
Premium comes as a weekly or a yearly subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase — pay once with Lifetime and no subscription is required. Current prices are shown inside the app in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them any time in your App Store account settings.

GOOD TO KNOW
Measurements are calculated from map coordinates and are meant for planning and estimating — not for legal, cadastral or land-registry purposes. An internet connection is required, since the maps are loaded online.
