Dive Chat: Make Moments Happen

Built for the real world, Dive Chat is the all-in-one digital home for real world communities across the country. Fitness clubs, sororities and fraternities, youth groups, student organizations, housemates, families use Dive Chat to streamline communication and ensure that every member knows of the group's next upcoming event. Make Moments Happen!

→ Groups: The Home for Your Community
• Groups on Dive Chat have a shared calendar that any member can add to.
• Members get automatic reminders about upcoming events inside the group.
• Create unlimited topic-based subchats inside the group to keep conversation organized.
• Find every photo, video, poll, link, and form that has been sent inside the gallery.

→ Subchats
• Within your Dive Group, subchats are dedicated to topics where you talk with friends, plan the next hangout, and send polls, photos, videos, and GIFs.
• Subchats can be open, private, or for announcements-only where only admins can send messages. Everyone in the group can create a new subchat, but only admins can automatically add everyone.

→ Dive Events
• Create an event with all the details and collect RSVPs from the people you invite.
• Friends without the Dive Chat app can RSVP on the web and stay updated via text message.
• Share events with a link or directly to your Instagram Story, Snapchat Story, and Dive Groups.
• Create graphic event covers with templates and effects.

→ Reactions
• Really like a message? Wanna clown your friend? React to messages with any emoji you want. Them spam the reaction to show how you REALLY feel. Can you reach the spam react limit?
• Create a one-of-a-kind emoji reaction from any image in your photo library! It’s like magic.
• Claim the top spot in the group reaction leaderboard by having the most reactions in the group!

→ Profiles
• Capture an expressive two second animated profile image!
• Express yourself by writing a bio!
• Set a nickname for each chat you’re in! Go crazy, go stupid.
• In college? Rep your school and grad year for all to see.
• Add your birthday so your friends get reminded and can see your star sign.
• Choose to show your phone number and email to people you share a group with, so friends can call, FaceTime or email you easily.
• Link all your socials so friends can find you everyone on the internet (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, Spotify, Apple Music, Snapchat, Venmo, and CashApp)!

→ Share with Friends
Invite friends to your groups and events by sharing the link, scanning the QR code, or adding them from your contacts.

→ Classic Group Chats & DMs
• Not every group on Dive Chat needs multiple subchats — create the classic group chat you know and love with the built in fun of events, Spam React, nicknames and more!
• DM people who are in your groups, who you attended an event with, or who are in your contacts.

→ Our Privacy Commitment
• Your data belongs to you and is never shared with third parties. We have never, and will never, comply with university or third party requests for data.
• At Dive Chat our mission is to help you create experiences in the real world with the people you care about most. We believe that we can achieve that goal while maintaining our belief that privacy is a human right.
