DM Checkin

DM Check-In streamlines patient arrivals and checkouts for any individual clinic or provider with a fast, paperless, and contactless experience.

Publicly available: Clinics can sign up on our website and download DM Check-In from the App Store to deploy at their reception or self-service area.

Patient management: Staff add or import patients and create appointments through the connected DigiMedSpa platform.

iPad kiosk setup: Place the iPad at the reception desk or self-service area after signing in once.

Patient self check-in: On the day of their appointment, patients can:
- Search for themselves using their phone number or email, plus date of birth
- View their scheduled appointment
- Complete questionnaires and consent forms
- Review pre- and post-treatment instructions
- Check in on their own

Patient self check-out (NEW): After their appointment, patients can pay and finalize their visit on the same iPad:
- Review their order and applied discounts
- Add an optional gratuity for their provider
- Pay securely via tap, swipe, or insert using a connected card reader
- Choose to receive a receipt by email, text, or both

DM Check-In helps clinics provide a fast, secure, and paperless experience from arrival to departure — reducing front-desk workload and giving patients a smoother visit.
