**Don't just listen to music. Play with it!**
DM2 MixPad transforms your iPhone or iPad into a hands-on live remix instrument. Build beats, trigger loops, layer sounds, manipulate effects, and create your own electronic music performances in real time.
**No DJ experience required. No complicated timeline editing. Just you and the music.**
Inspired by the legendary Mixman DM2 and classic hardware remix systems, DM2 MixPad brings the excitement of live electronic music performance to modern devices.
Unlike traditional Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), where music is arranged on a timeline, DM2 MixPad lets you perform your music as it happens. Bring tracks in and out, create breakdowns, layer rhythms, trigger sounds, and transform your mix on the fly.
**CREATE, SAVE, AND KEEP PLAYING — FOR FREE!**
DM2 MixPad Lite lets you explore live remixing without purchasing the full version.
Build your own performances, save your creations in MixPad's native file formats, and reopen them whenever inspiration strikes.
Your creativity doesn't have to stop when you close the app.
When you're ready to export your finished performances as M4A audio files, you can unlock the full version with a one-time in-app purchase.
**MAKE MUSIC YOUR WAY**
Whether you love house, techno, trance, dubstep, drum & bass, hip-hop, or experimental electronic music, DM2 MixPad gives you the freedom to build and perform your own remixes.
Start with a drum loop, add a bassline, bring in synthesizers, create a breakdown, and launch back into the full mix—all while keeping everything synchronized.
Create evolving live sets with up to 16 simultaneous tracks and multiple performance banks.
**POWERFUL LIVE PERFORMANCE FEATURES**
• 16-track live remix and performance system
• Real-time loop triggering and synchronized playback
• Build evolving live sets with playlists and performance banks
• Trigger one-shots, samples, and layered musical elements
• Quantized and non-quantized playback modes
• Beat, bar, and cycle-aware triggering
• Live stutter, solo, and retrigger controls
• Real-time scratching and pitch manipulation
• Expressive pitch bending and audio effects
• Filters, flanger, phaser, and reverb
• Integrated sequencer for refining and arranging performances
• Save and reopen songs, layouts, packages, and playlists in native MixPad formats
• Mixman DM2 hardware support and additional MIDI controller mappings
• Responsive, low-latency audio performance
**FREE TO CREATE. UNLOCK TO EXPORT.**
DM2 MixPad Lite gives you the freedom to experiment, perform, and save your music without purchasing an upgrade.
The full-version unlock enables M4A audio exporting, allowing you to save finished performances as audio files for listening and sharing outside MixPad.
