Choose your care, share what brings you in, and answer questions tailored to your concern. Review available providers, appointment times and visit formats before you confirm.

Your health, in one place
Share your medical history, medications and allergies. Upload relevant photos or PDFs for your clinician, and find your appointment details and visit information in your account.

Care for your family
Create your own adult account first, then add your child as a dependent. Choose their profile when booking so their visit and health information stay together.

Connect your way
Video, audio and chat options depend on the service, clinician, your location and care needs. Choose supported sign-in options, including Face ID or passkeys after setup, with password sign-in available.

Clear payment options
Use an accepted insurance plan when active eligibility is confirmed, or choose the available self-pay option. Review your payment options before confirming. Coverage, costs and availability vary; eligibility does not guarantee insurance payment.

Support beyond the visit
When medically appropriate, your clinician can send a prescription to your selected pharmacy. Prescriptions are subject to clinical review. Appointment reminders and account notifications follow your preferences.

Online care may not be suitable for every concern. Your clinician may recommend an in-person examination or additional testing.
