DoLife is free to use on your own.

DoLife Family is an optional auto-renewable subscription that unlocks household sharing and multi-account task assignment. You can choose a monthly or annual plan, and a free trial may be available in your region.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
