Write "clean the kitchen windows" in your language. She reads it in Romanian, Spanish, Ukrainian, Polish, Albanian, Russian, Filipino or Italian: tasks translate themselves as you write them.

No, and it should not. Domestic work has its own rules: the contract, the contributions and the payslip remain due, with your accountant. DominusDomi holds the hours and the attendance — the numbers those documents are built on.
