For over 20 years we've been building a step by step process to help people enter the financial services business. Our model allows you to work at your own pace, based on your personal schedule, obligations and goals, so you can launch a career in financial services. We use an "old school" approach that pairs you with an experienced mentor to train and support you until you're completely proficient. The learning curve is longer here, as helping people design and implement financial plans that will impact them for years takes confidence and experience. A true heart to help people. There's great income to be made here, but "just in it for the money" does not work! A sincere desire to do good work, on purpose, with purpose is necessary.
A coachable attitude. There's a lot to learn to become a professional in this industry. The ability to continuously learn and allow someone to mentor you is extremely important.
Desire to create your own future. If you don't know it yet, you are the author of all that is your past and all that will be your future. An awareness of this is necessary when stepping into the entrepreneurial environment and committing to create change. You do have the power to change your future and hanging out with people that are like minded about this is the best way to embrace it. Doing it with a proven model with unlimited income potential is a bonus!
