DoomLift: Screen Time Workout

DoomLift blocks the apps that steal your attention and break your focus — and makes you earn them back with real exercise. An active paid Premium subscription is required to use DoomLift. Choose a monthly or annual plan; there is no free trial. After subscribing, earn screen time by moving your body.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Pick the apps you want to block — Instagram, TikTok, X, every distraction that pulls you in. They're shielded with Apple's Screen Time until you earn your way in.

2. Do real exercise. Every minute you earn is yours to spend.

3. Unlock. You prepay a fixed block of time and a live countdown shows exactly what you bought — in the app, in the Dynamic Island, and on your Lock Screen.

4. Done early? Lock back and the unused seconds are refunded — instantly.

The countdown is the money. Your remaining time is derived from the wall clock, not an in-memory timer. Close the app, restart your phone — your time is still your time.

EARN IT YOUR WAY

• Camera rep counter — push-ups, pull-ups, squats, sit-ups, and jumping jacks, counted on-device with Apple's Vision framework. No DoomLift account is required. The camera never records or uploads anything; frames go straight from the sensor to the pose detector and are discarded.

• Apple Health — workouts and steps credit automatically, with anchored queries so nothing is ever double-counted.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Camera-based rep counting happens on your device; no footage is recorded or uploaded. Your Screen Time app selection stays on your device. Progress and preferences can sync through your iCloud account. Purchases and subscription access are managed through Apple and RevenueCat.
