Try every feature free for 14 days, with as many medications as you like. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks adding and changing medications for good.
Reminders you have already set keep working whether you buy or not.

CHOOSE HOW YOU ARE REMINDED
• An alarm or a gentle reminder, chosen for each medication.
• On iOS 26 and later, when you allow alarms, DoseClock uses Apple's alarm system: it sounds even with the silent switch on or in a Focus, and shows on your Lock Screen with a Taken button.
• On earlier iOS versions, reminders are time-sensitive notifications. The Reminder health screen tells you exactly what your iPhone will and won't do, and shows you the Focus setting that lets reminders through.

EVERY KIND OF SCHEDULE
• Every day, on chosen days of the week, every few days, or in on-and-off cycles.
• Every few hours, counted in real hours.
• As needed, with an optional minimum gap you set.
• Start and end dates, or a set number of doses.
• Times stay where you put them when the clocks change for daylight saving.

• See what you took, skipped or missed, day by day.
• Export a PDF to print or take to your doctor, or a CSV spreadsheet.
