The dp SmartController App is a mobile smart control app specifically developed for dp UHD Media Player. It automatically scans the dp devices through a local area network and supports multi-device addition with higher flexibility for device control. It is the core tool for managing your multi-stream audio and video playback devices.
Simulated Remote Control Function:
Replace physical remote controls with a multifunctional control panel. It supports controlling almost all functions of the player, including Wake-On-LAN (WOL) for network-based power-on, text input, and more. You can completely eliminate the need for a physical remote.
Data Browsing and Media On-Demand Function:
Supports viewing and opening all local apps on the device. It allows browsing and opening media files, as well as viewing and syncing music library data from dp Music Player, including artist, album covers, and custom category browsing. It also provides regular playback controls and displays progress, file specifications, and lyrics. Additionally, it meets the need for playing high-quality lossless music without turning on the TV.
Support for Video Playback Status Display:
Supports selecting and playing video files from the mobile device’s file list, and displays the current video format information on the phone. It offers rich video playback control features, including progress dragging, video switching, audio track and subtitle selection, and more.
