WHAT IT WATCHES
Resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, respiratory rate, wrist temperature, and daily activity. Driftless builds a robust personal range for each and tells you, in one sentence, when today drifts from it — plus one small suggested action.

Driftless is not a medical device. It never names a disease, never diagnoses, and never gives medical or medication advice. Every message is informational and carries a "not a diagnosis" framing. If you're concerned about your health, talk to a clinician.
