DualCam: Dual Camera Recorder
Record both iPhone cameras at the same time. Front and back, in one shot, in your favorite layout — no more swapping cameras mid-take. DualCam is the most powerful dual-camera recorder for vloggers, podcasters, interviewers, and reaction creators.
LAYOUTS YOU SWITCH MID-TAKE
• Picture-in-Picture (front overlay)
• Picture-in-Picture flipped (back overlay)
• Top/bottom split
• Side-by-side split
• Drag the PiP anywhere on screen
INTERVIEW MODE
The app watches both cameras and listens — when one person starts talking, it auto-cuts to their face. Two-person podcasts and interviews edit themselves. Includes a speaker-labeled transcript you can export as plain text.
REACTION MODE
Pick any video from your library and react over it. Your front cam appears as a draggable PiP while the source video plays full-screen. Built for reaction creators on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
DASHCAM LOOP
A continuous loop recorder that auto-rolls over after each segment. Tap "Save Incident" to preserve the current and previous segments to a permanent folder. Perfect for drives, deliveries, and trips.
TRIPLE-SHOT PHOTOS
One tap captures three photos at once: back-only, front-only, and the layout-aware composite. Save clean source photos for editing later.
LIVE CAPTIONS + TRANSCRIPT EXPORT
On-device speech recognition draws live captions during recording. Export the transcript as a timestamped .txt file with speaker labels.
TELEPROMPTER
Paste a script and read along with adjustable scroll speed, font size, and a mirror-text mode for prompter glass setups.
PRO CAMERA CONTROLS
• 4K dual-camera recording
• Per-camera tap-to-focus
• Per-camera exposure compensation
• Lens switching: 0.5×, 1×, 2× (where supported)
• Auto color match between front and back
• Microphone routing: built-in, AirPods, Bluetooth, USB-C
LIVE AUTO-SWITCH
Audio-driven layout switching. When you talk, the front camera goes full-screen. When you stop, the back takes over. Solo vlog mode, automatic.
