・睡眠スコアにより、睡眠の質を確認できます。
・睡眠開始〜起床の時刻、睡眠の合計時間、睡眠中のパジャマの温度推移を確認できます。
・睡眠ステージ(覚醒・レム睡眠・浅い睡眠・深い睡眠)の推移や割合を確認できます。
・睡眠中のデータから、睡眠改善のためのアドバイスを1週間に1回受けることができます。
・睡眠ステージに合わせて、すっきりと起床しやすいタイミングでアラームを鳴らすことができます。
