Most workout apps help you plan. Earn the Silence helps you start—and follow through.

Schedule the days you intend to train, choose the exact time, and attach your own workout or build one offline in the app. Friendly reminders begin before the session. At workout time, coaching becomes firmer according to the intensity you chose. If you’re late, accountability continues.

When a challenge activates, choose 10 air squats or 5 push-ups. Use optional on-device camera counting or manual confirmation. Then begin your scheduled workout and explicitly log your first set after the displayed minimum to silence the remaining alerts. Finish the scheduled workout separately to add its completion to your history, streak, and badges.

• Get friendly lead-up reminders and escalating late reminders
• Choose female or male prerecorded coaching
• Opt into stronger coaching—and explicit language—only if you want it
• Use Accountability Alarms on supported iOS versions when enabled; ordinary notifications remain the fallback

• Keep the permanent Health & Safety Exit available throughout the flow

• Movement proof starts the workout; it does not complete it
• Finish the scheduled workout before it enters your history
• Build streaks and unlock achievement badges

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Exercise-camera analysis happens on your iPhone. Its live frames are never saved or uploaded, and exercise tracking does not use the microphone. After your own shared workout, you can separately take or choose a photo or a video up to 15 seconds, preview it, and explicitly share it with your invited friend. Video sound is optional and requires microphone permission when recording. Your workout plans, schedules, repetitions, photos, videos, and captions stay out of the app's analytics. No Earn the Silence account is required.
