Workouts sync from smart devices like scales, bikes, rowers... and smart apps like sleep, Apple Watch metrics, and so on. Or you can add your own workouts like "20 pushups". EasyVitals combines your profile data with exercise info to estimate the burn.

Logging is the thing you'll do twenty times a week, so it's the fastest thing in the app.
