Snap a pic of your plate, EasyVitals figures the rest out: adds up the calories, protein, carbs, and fat, logs it, and syncs everything to and from Apple Health.

Workouts sync from smart devices like scales, bikes, rowers... and smart apps like sleep, Apple Watch metrics, and so on. Or you can add your own workouts like "20 pushups". EasyVitals combines your profile data with exercise info to estimate the burn.

Logging is the thing you'll do twenty times a week, so it's the fastest thing in the app.

Workouts, steps, sleep, weight, and heart rate come in from Apple Health on their own. The meals you log go back out. Nothing gets entered twice.
