The user answer a series of simple questions based on the presence, absence, or measurement of various characteristics on a patient’s ECG rhythm.
Almost 100 of the most common rhythms seen are included, and can be identified by answering 12 steps. Mastering the interpretation of the 12 steps allows a great accuracy in ECG interpretation.
ECG CALC could be used for case review or studying. ECG CALC is written to be easy enough to allow healthcare professionals with little ECG training to interpret an ECG rhythm.
The ECG CALC contains information relating to the interpretation of the electrocardiogram (ECG): criteria of hypertrophy, blocks and hemiblocks, evaluation of waves and intervals, criteria for acute myocardial infarction, electrolyte imbalances, poisoning, among many other clinical disorders.
