SOUND & MEDITATION: Deepening your practice with sound can have a profound effect. Working with recordings allows your brainwaves to synchronize and your mind to calm.
Stopping negative thought patterns and creating a peaceful state like no other. The more we practice with sound, the more profound the experience. The mind and body are ready to receive the frequencies, and vibrations, allowing space for truly deep healing and rest.
When recordings are used regularly your body will also respond, with feelings of deep relaxation, tingly fingers, and scalp. You'll find that working with a sound between 'real life' Soundbath, make the experience so powerful.
YOGA: Using Yoga videos, you can go at your own pace in the comfort of your own home. choose the style, length and type of practice that's perfect for you. When we show up for ourselves consistently we see results, when our body is flexible and strong so is our mind and spirit. Josephine teaches from a place of compassion and knowledge. Drawing on the teachings of yoga, as well as relaxation, alignment and anatomy study.
